cf. should は 未来を表す助動詞 shall （英国用法）の婉曲表現（〜するだろう）です。〜すべきの意味は有りません。

＊find difficulty doing　の用法に関しては、〜する事に困難を見出そうとする、の意味が加わるため、困難を見つけようとしていない限りは誤用との見解がnative の一部にはあります。困難を覚えている、には have difficulty doing で意味的に足りていますのでこちらを使うと良いでしょう。

・We can use nowadays, these days or today as  adverbs  meaning ‘at the  present time, in comparison with the past’:

＊nowadays,  these  days,  today は＜過去に対して現在は＞の意味の副詞として用いられます。日本語だと形容詞として表記されますが、英文では形容詞として用いることは出来ません。但し、today's の形で名詞の前に用いることは formal な用法です。

◯ Cars nowadays/ these days/ today are much more  efficient and  economical.

　現在の車はずっとより効率的且つ経済的です。

＊today は、やや formal ですが、these days は、より口語的です。

These days you never see a young person give up  their  seat  for an older  person on the bus. That’s what I was taught to do when I was a kid.
