hence  (formal)

・that is the reason or explanation for

 こう言う理由で、それで、それでもって、斯くして〜と言う訳だ

= therefore それゆえ

hence + 名詞句の用例が多いです。

His mother was Italian, hence  his name - Luca.

 彼のお母さんはイタリア人だけどそれで彼の名がルカなんだ。

Peter's leaving at the end of this week - hence his anxiety  to get his work  finished.

= Peter's leaving at the end of this week - hence he has  an  anxiety to get his work  finished.

 ピーターは今週末に出発する予定だ。それで仕事を済ませてしまおうと一生懸命って訳だ。

cf. have an anxiety for , to do 〜したいと熱望、切望する

cf. anxiety about, that 〜に対する不安、〜ではないかとの心配

The prime minister was attending the conference, hence all  the extra security.

 首相が会議に出席していたが、こういう訳で特別のセキュリティが敷かれていた。

cf. extra = more than or beyond what is usual, normal,  expected, or necessary

 普段、必要、期待より多い、それを超えた = 特別な

He's just got a pay rise, hence the new car.

 彼は給料が丁度上がったところだが、新車を買ったのはそう言う訳だ。

She's just found out she failed her exams, hence her bad  mood.

 彼女は自分が試験に落ちたと知ったばかりだが、不機嫌なのはそう言うわけだ。

= She's just found out she failed her exams That' why sheis  in a bad mood.

The firm is owned by Mark Atkins, hence the name - MA  Advertising.

 会社の所有者はマークアトキンスだが、それで社名をMA広告社と言う。

hereby adverb (UK law  formal or specialized) 英国法律用語

・with these words or with  this  action: これをもって

I hereby pronounce you man  and wife.

 ここにあなた方のことを「男と妻」と言明することにします。

indeed

・used to add some extra information that develops or  supports something you  have just said:

 直前に述べたことを発展したり支持する情報を付け加える

really; truly 本当に、そして実際、実際に

For such creatures, speed is not important - indeed it is  counterproductive.

 その様な生き物にとっては速度は重要では無い。実際それは逆効果となる。

I am happy, indeed proud, to be associated with this project.

 このプロジェクトに関与出来て幸せだしそれに本当に誇らしい。

If he has indeed quit his job, I asked myself, why is he still  here?

 もし本当に彼が仕事を辞めているなら、なぜまだここにいるのかと自問する。

From a medical standpoint, the discovery may turn out to  be  very big news indeed.

 医学的な見地からは、この発見は本当に非常に大きなニュースとなる可能性がある。

Indeed (= When you really think about it), why should you follow a doctor’s  advice to the letter when you feel like Superman?

 本当なら(君が本当に自分のことをスーバーマンみたいに感じる時は)、医者の助言に厳密に従った方が良くはないか?

cf. to the letter 厳密に、文字通りに、言葉通りに

= literally

・indeed is also used to make something clear or add to  something you have   just said:

 直前に述べたことに何かを付け足して明確にする場合にも  indeed  は使われます。

It was impossible to find workand, indeed, it became  increasingly hard to  keep  looking for a job.

 仕事を見つけるのは不可能だったし、それに実際、仕事を探し続けるのもますます困難になっていた。

cf. actually, as a matter of  fact, in fact, to tell you the truth

ipso facto

adverb  (formal)

・used to say that it is reasonable to state or believe  something based on  facts that are already known:

(既に知られた事実を元に)〜と述べるのは合理性がある、

事実[それ]自体によって,事実上.(ラテン語 ‘by the fact itself')

 あなたは銃を発砲したことを認め、我々は現在その発射が被害者を死亡させたことを知っている。それでその事実に拠ってあなたは彼の死に対して責任があると考えるのは合理性がある。

=much less /still less

新聞すら全く読まない者もいるが彼らはまして読書などしない。

= Some people never even read  a newspaper, much less  a  book.

*幾らかの者は〜 → 〜の者もいる、と訳します。

Using Transitions to Add Information (The FANIMALS Song!) Wordvice EditingService

Transitions are used to move from one idea to another idea in writing or  speaking and can

be achieved using transition terms and phrases. These help create “flow” in  your paper -

melding together facts, opinions, and arguments into a seamless whole and  making it much

easier for readers to understand its logical development.

One of the most common type of transitions is ADDITIVE TRANSITIONS. The  purpose of

these kinds of transitions is to connect two or more pieces of information by  signaling to

the reader that something new is being added--whether that new information is  similar to

what the author has just described or whether is it something unrelated.

transition words (転換語)の内、Additive Transitions (情報付加転換語)が扱われます。平板な

Furthermore, Another, Not only...but also, In addition to, Moreover, Additionally,Likewise,

moreover

adverv (formal)

・(used to add information) also and more importantly

 情報を加える、〜もまた更に重要なことに(良いことにも悪いことにも使う)

*学術論文でも頻用されます。

The whole report is badly written. Moreover, it's inaccurate.

 レポート全体の書き方が悪いし、更に重要なことに中身が不正確だ。

Politically, moreover, he faces a split in his party.

 政治的には、更に彼は党の分裂にも直面している。

He enjoys selling and, moreover, is good at it.

 彼は商売を楽しんでいるし、さらに商売が上手い。

She alleged, moreover, that the two of them had met before.

 彼女は彼らの内の2人とは以前会ったことがあると更に申し立てた。

Moreover, common expressions are open to multiple philosophical  interpretations precisely because common expressions lack the precision  aimed for (though not always achieved) by philosophical discourse.

 更に、普遍的表現は多様な哲学的解釈を免れない。これはまさに普遍的表現が哲学的な談話が目指している(尤も常に成し遂げられるとは限らないが)(用語定義の)正確性を欠いているからである。

cf. precisely because = just because

cf.be open to 〜に陥りやすい、免れない

*落とし穴の大きな口が開いている、との意味ですね。

cf. an open question 未解決の問題 (開いた問題などと訳すと意味不明になります)

The very definition of a mora implies weight-sensitivity; moreover, it is not  clear that this is a purely labeling / terminological issue.

Moreover, the usage of a purely mass-memory evaluation strategy improves  previous deductive systems, eliminating, in practice, any limitation in  the  dimension of the input data.

 更に、純粋に大容量メモリ評価戦略を使用すると、従来の演繹システムを改善し、実際、入力データの規模に対する制限を除外して呉れる。

cf.in practice 実際に、実務上 = practically

in + 名詞で副詞表現となる例はごまんとあります。
